not what you wanted, what you thought it would be, or not up to your expectations,
return it. We’ll be happy to issue you a credit or send you a replacement.

Return Policy – Office
Supplies
To ensure accurate credit, all products returned require a Return
Authorization. Please contact Customer Service at (270) 765-6171
ext. 223 for your Return Authorization.
Our Return Policy is designed to ensure
that you receive proper and timely credit or replacement
of the product(s) returned. Return items will be picked
up within 2 business days of your request. Credit invoices
are issued within 72 hours after the product is received
at our store.
Return request must be made within 10 calendar days from date of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and in saleable condition. It must contain the original packing material and owners manuals, etc. before credit will be given. Kerr Office Group will not be responsible for returned merchandise
without a proper RMA number.
All discrepancies in quantity and / or
condition must be made within 7 business days.
Special orders such as stamps and printing
are non returnable. Items not available through our standard
distribution channels may not be returnable, or may be
subject to a restocking charge of 20%.
Electronic merchandise must be in its
original packaging with all accessories and manuals.
Special order computers, printers, or other machines
may not be returnable, or may be subject to a restocking
charge of 20%.
Return Policy – Furniture
All furniture must be inspected and signed
for by the customer.
Furniture that is unpacked and installed
by Kerr Office Group can only be returned at the
time of delivery before it is signed for. Returns due
to customer error will be charged a 35% restocking fee.
All furniture that is assembled by Kerr Office Group
can only be returned due to damages,
defects, or incorrect item at the time of delivery before
it is signed for. Assembled items cannot be returned
due to customer error.
Furniture ordered from the factory may
not be cancelled, once the order has been placed with
the factory.
Special Order furniture can only be returned
due to damages, defects, or incorrect item, at the time
of delivery before it is signed for. Special order furniture
cannot be returned due to customer error.
Returns must be made within 10 days from

discrepancies in quantity or the condition of the order
at the time the delivery is received and signed for.
